As the situation with COVID-19 keeps evolving, TW Insurance Brokers continues to work closely with its stakeholders and partners to make proactive decisions that are grounded in care for its customers and employees.
Different experience, same exceptional service
On March 16, 2020, all TW Insurance Brokers offices closed to visitors, but the TW Insurance Brokers Alberta office hours of operation remain Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This temporary change was made to balance the health and well-being of TW Insurance Brokers employees while continuing to meet the needs of customers.
In line with this approach, TW Insurance Brokers employees have been set up to work from home.This means that when you call them, you may hear some unexpected background noise from an employee’s home work space.
Be assured that although the service experience may be different, the TW Insurance Brokers team remains committed to being available to answer your questions efficiently and effectively during this time.
